Hello everyone, I am having a lil bit of a problem. My keyboard on my 8320 is no longer lighting up. This has been going on for a few weeks n its reall annoying, especially when I'm trying to text n itks dark in the room. I have tried pulling out the battery and pushing forward the keyboard from the inside, and it'll light up for a minute or two but then it turns off again. My other problem is that I have a custom case for bb and If I take it to T-Mo, they are going to say that's its not their problem since the phone is not in its original color. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any suggestions would be a great! Thanks sooo much!!
