Friendly request- Today theme for Tour

Can someone please make a theme for the 9630 that has a bottome dock and calender today on the home screen. it would also be cool if calender information only displays when you scroll on it. Also no fancy colors or anything and please keep icons like the standard ones that come on the device.

If this is posible to create it would be greatly appreciated!
