Like I've stated before, I have two 7250s, one of which is activated. The one that's activated (#1) doesn't have a vibrator because I took it out after it shorted (battery in == vibrate on). Not sure if that's the wiring or the vibrator itself, tempted to swap the vibrator from #2 in and see if that works.
Also, I'm curious about the LEDs. I've got a busted LG8300 sitting around and I was considering taking the blue LED(s) out of that and putting them behind the keyboard on BB #1. Any thoughts? I don't know if the voltage would be correct or if the size of the bulbs would make it impossible.
Finally, I'm really tempted to spray paint #1. Anyone ever sanded down a cell phone before? I'm already familiar with removing the case, just wondering if anyone has any experience prepping/painting.
