Lost my e-mail account. Not able to send messages

I wiped my Blackberry yesterday, and everything works fine on it. Except for the fact that I lost my ringtones, and I cannot access my blackberry e-mail. I still receive e-mails, but I cannot send them. Anyway to fix this?
