Hi folks, new to this forum - can someone help me how to get an unlock code, and are the following directions correct to unlock my BB:
How to unlock the Blackberry
*For MOST Blackberry Models:
Click ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) into: Tools, then go to Options, then Advanced Options
Click: Sim Card
Type: mep2 (YOU WILL NOT SEE ANYTHING ON THE SCREEN)
A hidden menu will open: Enter Network MEP Code (255 left)
*For PEARL style Blackberry Models: <7100, 7130, 8100, 8110, 8120> - type MEPP2
Enter your code, press Enter -
If correct it will say: CODE ACCEPTED
