Icons, banners, buttons, and meters.

I have found a lot of icons but a lot of them arent what i like. I have made a dew themes and want to make more. if anyone has icons they are willing to share please do! i would like to start my own free theme site eventually. I just really need more tools to make them. meters, banners, icons, dialogs etc.
