COOL!
THANKS for sharing!
I still perfer Google Maps.
Although these apps are nice you get all the same stuff
with more detailed maps with Google.
The apps are good though. Not to take anything away from
you post.

Just downloaded this, going to try it out over the next couple days and see what it does. For anyone thinking about downloading this it worked for me by going to the link on my BB browser and the site did an OTA install for me. Saved me the time of using the desktop manager.:peace:

Ok first, pretty cool app. Secondly, not sure what everyone means by GPS........there is no location based services option for me. There is mapping and such, but nothing that finds my location for me and says, "Here you are!". Maybe I just don't know how to use it properly, maybe it's because I have Verizon and they have their own GPS program. Not sure.

I know Google Maps shows you your approximate location.
Narrows it down to within 1700 meters. I believe they might
be using the tower's location cause it's pretty close to my house
when i search my location on it.
As for the GPS info i am not sure. My friend has a Curve with
AT&T but he doesn't have WiFi. His is GPS. I don't know yet
what the need for GPS is since i can pretty much use Google Maps.
I prefer the WiFi to speed up my internet browsing on the Curve.
