i am having a problem with my desktop manager!! when i click to use my media manager it will pop up with another screen that says " media manager is only supported using a USB connection. to run media manager, please connect you device to your computer using a USB cable" the problem that i am having is that my phone is conneted with the usb cable that the phone came with. i am also using vista and i have a BB 8830. is there anything that i can do?
