I have the desktop manager software for my Pearl 8100 installed on my home computer as well as my work computer. Both computers run XP SP2. I synchronize mainly on my work computer, but occasionally need to connect at home. However, each time I open desktop manager at home, the application loader is missing. I have to reinstall desktop manager to get the application loader back. This is every time I open DM at home. No problems at all at work. I have tried doing a complete uninstall and reinstall, but the app loader will still be missing the next time I open DM. Any ideas or suggestions? Don't know if it matters, but I use BIS, not BES (this is my personal BB). My BB OS is 4.2.1.96 (AT&T) and my DM is 4.2.2.14. Thank you!
