Hi, and Heeellllppp!!!!
I have an 8700v which I am running with the newest version of Desktop Manager which I downloaded from the Blackberry website. The connection for applications is fine, but Roxio Media Manager is not recognising the phone is attached. What do I need to do to get it to connect? Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?
