Trying to play video reboots the phone

Back so soon with another issue ;-) I have Daniusoft DVD to Blackberry software and converted some dvd files to avi. and put a couple on my memory card, but when I go to the files in my video media folder and select play, instead of playing the file, it shuts off and reboots the phone. Any ideas on why it's doing this and how I can get my video files to play??
