Downloaded theme, but now can't find it. It is not in the Themes section. Did it via OTA.

after you download and install...do a battery pull

Did the theme download on your device itself successfully. I would retry downloading whatever theme you were trying to obtain to make sure. If it went/goes through successfully it should be located underneath options and then themes on the Blackberry handheld.

it is also the same usb cable used for PSP's. so you can get the cable at a gamestop or eb games store too.

can you load OTA if you don't have internet access on your blackberry?

You have to reboot your BB to get the theme. Once you reboot the theme it will be under your theme section.

No, as far as I know you need internet.
