Did the theme download on your device itself successfully. I would retry downloading whatever theme you were trying to obtain to make sure. If it went/goes through successfully it should be located underneath options and then themes on the Blackberry handheld.
I wouldn't suggest downloading it again. Once the download is complete your bb will tell you it was a succes. Pull the battery and it will be there. If not, check options-advanced-applications and see if its there. If it is and it is still not showing in your themes section chances are the theme was ported in an OS not compatible with your OS.
If the theme is not in your applications .... The download did not complete. Then you can try downloading again.
