Video Question - General Info Request

Are these videos for download or streaming? I see that I can stream the video on my computer but I assume these videos are berry compatable? Are they to be watched on the berry streaming (navigating to the page and clicking link) or are they downloadable files that can be stored on my berry and watched at will. Also, what are the acceptable file formats? Do I add as attachment or do I have to host it somewhere and then post a link? I have a few videos I want to post, just need to know some basics.

Just wondering, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place.
