Can't download themes (zip files)

Hi Courtney,


I was having the same difficulty too. You may have to upgrade the software on your Blackberry (this can be found on BlackBerry (http://www.Blackberry.com)) to the most current for your service provider. Once you have updated that, you should be able to download new themes etc through Media Manager.

Being new here, I have no idea what I'm suppose to post. I'm new with BlackBerry so I can't answer any questions and don't know enough to ask any questions.

I don't have a problem w/ the 5 posts requirement. There's a great deal to learn. I am new to the process of being able to download applications to my blackberry. I have applications as well as themes that are on my blackberry device, but I can't seem to get them to load on my desktop manager. It won't accept .alx or zip files...Any advise?

do you have the newest os on your bb? have you unzipped your themes or apps? make sure the .cod files are in the same place as the .alx. also you may try to update your desktop manager. i just got my phone like 2 weeks ago and there is already a new dm out. hope that helps!:faint2:

Its a little difficult finding places to make posts. The 5 post rule would be a lot better if the member were directed to an area where they could make a meaningful post. (2) lol
