If I had to suggest one (and if you're a user of IM/other messaging programs) I'd highly recommend JiveTalk. It uses data and not SMS. It's not free, but like I said....if you're a user of such items, it can't be beat.

Turns out my Favorite 3rd party app is "Soft Reset". Prevents me from pulling the battery each time i need to re-start my phone. Comes in very handy when testing themes.

I also love the "Color Pearl" app. I noticed it drains my battery real quick tho.

Google Talk is another one high on my list.

My favorite is also the color pearl. It is a litttle thing that makes the phone that much more fun. I like how you can change the color for different phone calls and messages that are received. It is definately the best one that I have found yet!
