watching dvd's on 8300?

just got my bb and heard that it is possible to transfer dvd's to your bb? anyone hear of this? if so where would one find the app and is it free? thanks in advance

I did come across an app yesterday...maybe it was built in to the 8310? i'll check and see if i can find the site again

Google "seabyrd" they make a free video converter for your pc that can encode from a dvd.

You have to convert the dvd to a video format that ur phone reads

Well seabyrd is a PC program, so scratch that idea. Try doing a google search for "3gp converter for Mac". I'll have to leave better answers up to our resident mac gurus.

i used some of the methods above and i was able to watch trailers exept i never really watch to much videos now
