Risks if upgrade OS?

First...download the correct software for your device.

Once downloaded and installed, remove the file VENDOR.xml from your PC.

The file is usually located in Program File/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader

Once removed, start Desktop Manager, attach your BB to the PC via USB..and it should pickup that there is new firmware for your device.

Click OK to upgrade...click OK to back up...and away you go! The process takes about 20 minutes...do not unplug the phone at all...

Yupper did just that and landed back at 170..lol Seems that ATT is only up to 170, but is strange that my desk went to 4.3
If I went to restore back to my last back up would that change it back to 184?
