Hello my Fellow Themes4bb.com friends,
I have a question regarding The addition of a language to the Blackberry Pearl 8100. I was wondering to who Can add a language to the OS? I was wondering If the Russian language can be added. but who gets to choose what Language is added to the Blackberry's? Your service provider or RIM? Do other Service providers have different Languages in they're OS's? If They have different Languages and Russian is included Will it harm my Blackberry because the OS is not From my company?
