hey guyz i got a blackberry pearl 8130 from sprint an i jus noticed theres no internet browser icon!! is that supposed to be normal?? an i dunno wher it is!
how do i get on the internet!!!??
i also recieved a picture text message, and it told me to go to a link in the text, an when i press menu nothin shows up that says "go" which according to the text it should say!

When you got your BlackBerry, did you also purchase the additional BlackBerry Internet Service? Carriers usually (well they do) charge a premium for the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service). You have to sign up with your carrier in order to have the FULL capabilities of the Berry.

Also, sometimes the browser icon won't show up til the internet provisions, one thing to try is when you are in the screen that shows all of your icons hit the blackberry button and hit switch application, the browser is usually in there even if its not in the main screen. Try a battery pull also. Other than that, if you did buy the internet package and its been more than a few hours try calling customer service and ask for tech support they can usually get it running.

You can get the service book resent to your bb by clicking menu>options>advanced>host routing table>menu>register now.
