Since am in the learning process here.... If a thread is closed.. are you still able to ota or d/l it's contains? Because I tried one and no go! So i am trying to find out if it's me or if it's closed closed....

We can't help if we don't know which specific thread it is. There is 27 pages of threads in the 8100 theme section. When you figure out which one it was let us know :)
