I'm having a problem with my pictures. The pics that I take on my phone and try to put on the memory card comes up with a file ending in jpg.rem and if I save them to device memory I can't view them on the computer when I try to load them. I can see them on the phone but no where else. If I send to someone else through blue tooth it works fine. The wallpapers that I downloaded from here are the only pics that show up on the memory card. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I have never had this problem, but you may want to have the pictures saved directly to your media card when you take a picture instead to device memory and then saving to the memory card. That would free up some of space in device memory, which could be causing your problem. Don't know.

Go to Camera/menu/options/
Stroll down to Store pictures and change from device memory to media card.

i use my desktop tool to manage my device and media memory....the media manager if something is in there that dont want i delete it...if i want something in a certin folder i open the folder and grag whatever goes in that folder if its ringtone i put ringtone video i put videos i also made a new folder for my movies inside the video folder so when im in the media files i go under video the select the movie folder and pick the movie that i want to watch.......keeps everything nice and neat thats for sure(I use roxyo to manage everything)

I tried this and I'm still seeing the same result. Not sure what the heck is going on.

Just in case anyone else runs into this problem. It was my encryption. The computer wouldn't look at em when it was in encryption mode.

saving your pictures directly to your media card makes it MUCH easier to access them and save them to your PC via DM/Roxio media

I had that problem as well when I installed my 4gb sd card. The hard reset worked for me too or you can also have it deleted immediately by going to profiles/advanced/menu/show tunes.

There you can delete what ringtones you want from device memory and they are gone without a battery pull.

This was very helpful! Ive had 3 tones on my BB that I couldnt delete...I would delete them through the phone but they still showed. However, when trying to delete from my pc, they didnt show. I did it this way and it worked...I still had to do a battery pull because they were showing on my media, but it worked none the less :) THANKS!
