My 'b' button on my BB curve isnt working right. Sometimes I use it doesnt register but at other times when i use it- it works. To get it to work properly I have to push the B button harder than i would other buttons. Will this damage/or wear out my B button in the long run? I called customer service/bb phone tech, she told me we had do a master reset/hard reset. do you think that is the case? and would it solve the issue?? Where do u think I should go from here? Thanks much!!
