default icon names?

so i just discovered you can do a mass icon change... but all the icons must be saved in the same folder with the exact default names. any chance anyone has a complete listing of the actual default names for all the icons? also where would i find the default icons located on my computer? looked everyone in the plasmic folders with no luck...
