I don't really hate it, but it would be nice to have one. The CDMA version of the Curve should be out soon to both Sprint and VZW so I'll be switching ASAP!

Like the 8830, love the verizon network, would be nice to have a camera but not critically necessary.

it's too bad that verizon makes you pay extra for GPS, which is something the other carriers give for free. however, verizon's network is much more superior, so they kind of have us hostage...and they know it....

Your right, verizon's network is great and they know it.

I didn't miss a camera until I didn't have one. On the bright side, I can keep my bb on me in secure areas and not have to check it in.

This is my first berry ever and I have only had it for about a week and I am already addicted to it. In regards to the camera issue, I switched from a voyager to an 8830 because my employer does not allow cameras so this works great for me, but I do have a few dissappointments with verizon on this phone (MMS not functional, ringer problems, etcetera). But so far it has been a good learning trip!

Hands down, a camera would be nice but the network is important for me. It's a trade-off. Verizon customers always have to wait for the BB's with the goodies...and then we have to pay to use them...did I say the network was inportant for me?
