Desktop Manager

hi i have a couple of themes that i wanted to install on my blackberry 8800 but i dont know how to put them on my phone.
i read the sticky about using your desktop manager but i was wondering where i could get this program.
i bought my blackberry used and all it came with was the berry and the charger. is it supposed to come with a cd that has this program on it?
if so, is there anywhere else i can get the program?
oh and also i tried downloading one off of blackberry's site and i got the "device manager" is it the same thing?
please help!

You should have got a cd with your phone but you can still get the software here

oh wait.. this was the one i just downloaded and i dont know what to do once ive downlaoded and installed it.
it says to open the desktop manager and then go to application loader then to add..
but the problem is once i open the program i cant find where the application loader is...
