My Pearl from Rogers is not showing any missed calls and is not taking any calls? I am not receiving any calls or text messages.
Any suggestions.

Can you make calls?

Yes I can make calls. My kids were calling me at least 10 times and then decided to text me. Nothing, no missed calls or text showing.
I called Rogers, they said it was a blackberry or network problem. I switched my sim card back to my Sony W810 and everything works great. No problems at all.
I'm curious if anyone else is having any problems with their Pearl?
Thanks,
K

If you go to Options-->Status.........If your "file free" says zero, you have no available memory. You will have to discard things that are unused. Languages is a good place to start. Save all media to your memory card. In the pictures-->options change "reserve picture memory" to lowest setting. Make sure your browser cache is kept clean as well. Se if that helps at all.

Be sure to try a battery pull first if your file free says zero it will close all apps etc and may restore some memory

My file free is good. It is not even close to 0. All my media is saved to my memory card. I still don't get it, why no calls coming in? Rogers are no help at all. I'll keep playing with the pearl and I see what I can figure out.
Thanks to all for all your help,

Thanks for the response.
I have just talked to Rogers, and they say it's a problem with the trackball moving while the pearl is in my pocket. Don't you think RIM and Rogers should address a problem like this.
I certainly don't know what to do about this, I always carry my phone or blackberry in my pocket. I do not like holsters.
I may have to go back to just a cell phone.
Still confused?

To be honest if that's the problem, get autolock. I have it on mine, and it works great. It locks the keyboard aswell as the ball; everytime it goes to a black screen. Or just hold the * key for three seconds before you put it in your pocket. Hope this will help. Take care
