What Mac OS X are you using? It should should work the same only in reverse. You will be limited to one file at a time I think also.

I have connected the BB to my Mac via "Bluetooth Options", set the data service "on" and did it from the Photo "send via Bluetooth" - worked very well.
My Mac runs Leopard.

Yes, I do this all the time with my photos taken on the BB.
I connect the BB and the Mac. I go to the Media Library on the BB, select the photo, click on the button on the left side of the trackball, select "send via Bluetooth" - then click on the Mac "allow file receiving" (a window pops up) and that's it.
Are you sure you have allowed Bluetooth sharing? It's in the Settings on the Mac, in the "Sharing" section. If you don't allow it on the mac the bluetooth sending and receiving is not possible.

I just got an imac on saturday, i have no problems moving pictures/music from my phone to my imac.
if you connect the bb to the computer w/ the usb cable, the bb shows up as an external harddrive on the computer so you can open it up and move your images and music around that way.
i havent used the bluetooth to do it at all.
i hope that helps.

Yes, when it mounts as a drive you can copy and paste or move images or files just like any other drive.
