i work for AT&T and when we have customers come into our store and ask if the blackberrys are good phones, we can't help but laugh because out of 17 co-workers 15 of us have either the 8300, 8310, or the pearl. each one of us love our phones and will not go with another. blackberrys are the easiest phone to sell because it's so user friendly.
