Help Forwording Mail from Outlook to blackberry?

I am trying to forword certain emails from people at work to my Blackberry email account I can email it so i know it works I just cant get the emails to forword from outlook to my phone? Any idea's?

First thing your will need to do is on your device goto Options-->Status to get your IMEI & Pin #'s for your device.
Next go to the BIS site to manage your email accounts @ BlackBerry Internet Service (http://mycingular.blackberry.com/) . Note, please avoid step 1 if you have already created a user name
Login or create your username
Click on the "Setup email" button & enter your email address & the password you use to access your email or LAN @ work.

If it does not setup automatically, you may need to rely on your IT or IS department for incoming servers, mailbox names, and OWA access support. After obtaining the info, it might be a good idea to call AT&T for a little more support, because several different scenario's could come into play.
