Zip downloads from PC to BB

How can I transfer zip files I download from my PC to my BB, just with my USB cable? Drag and drop?

Mount your BB as a USB-storage, then you can use the data card like an USB-Stick. I don't think your BB can open zips, but you can carry them with the BB.

So Just like you can drag photos onto ur BB that way, u can drag zip files too? Thanks for all your help Susanne!

Connect your bb to your computer/ Open DM/ Click Application Loader/ Click Add/ Locate the zip file and click on it

Just follow the directions on the rest of the prompts.

My BB is connected right now and I have the Autoplay prompt. I downloaded the theme I want, where do I send it on my phone? or drag into my phone bc I dont know where DM or application loader is? Sorry! :(

Ok, if you have a theme downloaded as .zip, do the following steps:

1) unzip the theme with your PC
2) with your BB connected to your PC open DM (in case you haven't yet)
3) Click on the "Install applications" button (or the button that is named similar, I have a german version, so I can only roughly translate)
4) Go to the browse button, search the Theme folder where you unpacked your zip.
5) Click on the .alx file

6) enjoy.

DM = Desktop Manager

Yes sorry! Ok, My Desktop manager is opened, and the file is unzipped, now where do I go. I see the ALX file and COD File. Now where do I go from there?
