call logs and texts deleted?

Does anyone else have the same issue as me, where ur BB deletes call logs and text messages randomly? ATT says its bc my phone has too much stuff on it, picutres, texts etc etc. is that true or is there a glitch in the software?

This could be a low memory problem. Hold down alt then press the letters /E/A/C/E. How much free memory do you have?
