BES Admins question - 3DES and AES

Anyone know what the ramifications of changeing the BES server while its up and has users functioing and send/recieving?

I want to change the setting from just 3DES to AES

I have BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.4 running on Exchange 2003/2007
