Thought I'd pass this along-
Bought a used unlocked 8100-roller was giving me trouble-even after cleaning.
Bought a brand new roller on ebay-usa vedor- came in a couple of days. I CAREFULLY removed ring,popped out roller-careful to install same direction as the old one came out, and installed new ring.
Was a snap-literally and figuratively.
