Is there any software out there which allows increasing speaker and or ringer volume of a 8310?

I dont know about software but I find that the ear piece on my device is quite loud maybe there is some issues with yours if its not loud enough. About your speaker volume you could get the back plate from seidioonline dot com to which has like slots right over the top of the speaker and greatly increase volume and clarity. CHeck out the site and search for your device. let me know if you need anything else.
