I'm thinking about getting a media card so I can load photos onto my 8800, but I know nothing about them! Are they easy to use? How do I get the photos from my Mac onto the card? What else do I need to know about this thing? Any help is appreciated!

I put a 4gb micro in my 8800 last week...used the roxio media manager in the desktop software to move the files but I don't know if that is the best way....my experience with roxio is that it is slooow...and in the bb software that is also the case. you may be able to just explorer the drive and put the music there.

as a side note...the performance of the bb picked up with the additional memory

I'm not a mac user so I wouldn't know exactly what you would use for the file xfer

I have a 1GB in my 8300. I still have 548MB available, but I wish I had of spent just a few $ more and got a 2GB card. They are fairly easy to install. getting them in the curve is a little tricky. The memory card is basically a storage bin for music, photos, and videos. Im not sure about the Mac either, i use the DM/media manager/Roxio media manager and just drag sruff down from my PC to the Phone(device) memory card-fairly simple.
