Hello! First I would like to encourage you on making themes! Not only for yourself, but for others here on T4BB!

This really isn't the best place to post this question, but it's cool and I'll answer you here. But in the future for Theme creation questions the best place is the Help and How To (http://www.themes4bb.com/forum/f107/) section. Click on that link and it will take you there!

Plazmic Theme Builder (http://www.plazmic.com/en/download/index.shtml) is the software you need, just click on that and it will take you to the site to download it. You can find many tips, tricks and software downloads including Icons and everything else in the Theme Icon's and Tools (http://www.themes4bb.com/forum/f87/) thread. Click that link to get there.

If you would like to discuss this further, please go to the Help and How to section. I'm going to lock this thread. We like to keep the download section strictly for new themes being posted and not for discussions.

And to Casetta, yes, themes are BB specific. Screen sizes vary along with that lay outs and banner sizes etc.
