when you open up the profiles and go into them there are a few thing i do not know what they are.

Level 1 message

and messenger i am assuming is if you use the bb messenger?

ICQ is another messenger type program.

PIN messages are level 1 messages

If i'm not mistaken ICQ is the application that has your aol, msn, google, and yahoo msgr in them. Once you click on the icon and download the program your icon will change from ICQ to jumt IM and it has all of them in there.
