i have the att 8310 bb curve(red) and i open up my desktop manager and click application loader. and then i select my folder and hit open then ok and it tells me theres some type of error. the way im doing it is downloading it to the desktop then unzip to a folder and it comes up as an alx file but nothing ever loads properly. i need help pleeeease.
