Deleting

My wife and I both have pretty new Blackberry Curves with the difference being that I have the Titanium one and she has the Red one. She has talked me into switching phones with her (because the phone case she bought doesn't look right with the red as opposed to the titanium). So now after switching our extended memory and our sim cards, all I have left to do is to take off her email addresses that she put on her phone and replace them with mine.

I have already tried doing a search for this problem but nothing came up or the terminology that I used was incorrect. Can someone please tell me how to do this? I have to delete a couple of her Yahoo email accounts as well as replace her Blackberry email address with my own.
