I have an at&t curve 8310 - I log on to media net and my homepage has a link for blackberry start. I appear to be a new user as I don't know of a user name and password that I would have.
It is to create an account so I can send and receive e-mail. I click create new account it asks me for me PIN and IMEI after I read the T's and C's
I get the message "This Blackberry is registered with a different service provider. Please re-register your Blackberry and verify the URL matches the provided by your service provider. - Please try again
Then it kicks me back to where I enter my PIN and my IMEI.
Has anyone experienced this or do they know whats wrong?
