it says i have to register the game or i cannnot play it =] i dont have internet on my blackberry because i dont pay for it what should i do?

i think if the game was downloaded directly from owner's lounge at the bb page, you just put in your email for registration. however, because it's downloaded from elsewhere, it will need that internet to register.

like many people here, i dont have internet (have it blocked by provider) so, i am unable to register the game... that's just too bad cause it'll be fun playing this then brickbreaker. lol

maybe someone knows something that i dont....

those who wants to know how to install this to your BB...

open your blackberry Desktop Manager program then Application Loader --> click "Add" --> search for the .alx file --> next --> click finish when you see "installation successful" (or something like that)

yah i also have internet blocked my my provider as well....and was really looking forward to having something other htan brickbreaker...which i hate. i really wish you didnt have to register! so theres no way around it then i guess?

I didnt see a way out of it. Giving away the game free is a way to boost their member numbers so you can understand where they are coming from. You need to be a member to use it.

i did register with the BB webpage but because the game is unavailable from the page any more... maybe that's why people without internet can't register...

i have a prepaid card that i might try to register with... will post results later.

update: didn't work for me cause i couldn't edit the address from "others"

i just registered it last night, that isnt the problem the problem is they have no data plan for it to go online to register.

i know... but for the 3 free games that are currently available on owner's lounge (sodoku, bowling and checkers) i downloaded them was able to register them even though I have no data plan (i have my internet blocked)

so the problem is the source of the download. when you download from the owner's lounge, you've already registered yourself to the server. when downloading from somewhere else, i assume the game doesn't give you authorization to register... i could be wrong. but i haven't been able to register monopoly, however, i could register with the games i downloaded from the lounge

ok i stand corrected on the internet part, i spoke without fully knowing the facts. I did register the monopoly game last night though so it cant be the file. i guess that is where the confusion is coming from, at least for me.
