I've been using BB Messenger ever since I got my phone a little over a year ago and I love it. Laetly, I've been having some problems though.
I can send totally fine still. But when I receive a message in an existing conversation, I have to end that conversation before I can see the message. I see the first line in my messages folder, but when I go to view it, it takes me to the conversation without the latest message. So I end the old conversation and click on the new message and then finally I can read the whole thing.
Its getting to be very annoying. This isn't an isolated incident either. My friend got a Pearl the same day I did and he had this same issue earlier. His solution was to get a new phone, but I'd rather not do that.
I've tried reducing the length of time I keep messages. Its now at 2 months. And I've used "memory cleaner" to scrub the memory. I've searched the forums here and haven't found this specific problem. But maybe I just didn't look hard enough. Please help.
