After a day on the phone, with 2 customer service agents, then chating with tech spport, I went into a crop. store.
I spoke to 3 sales reps.... who didnt know the difference between desktop, and OS software...
Then I asked for the manager... after showing him on his computer what I was talking about...
Then I showed him that the 8120 was avil. to bus cust. and was running 4.3 why couldn't I have it as a upgrade......
He apoligized and promised me a answer by the end of the day... ( I was thinking YA RIGHT).
Around 6pm last night I really got a phone call from the managers "boss"
He said that got the info I was looking for...and was sorry nobody else could
answer. He said not everybody has release dates yet, but he told me that
AT&T would be adding 4.3 update to older pearl in middle of May.
and in June the new CURVE would be released running 4.5.............
That what I will wait for...
