The paint will NOT chip, it's not that kind of paint, read the website, there is a lot of info on the process and warranty (which there is). I don't have the sidekick anymore, I sold it on ebay FOR A LOT btw!!! I sold it when I switched to the blackberry side (about a year ago).

I just went on their website and started checking out the diff colors you can make it, and I've gotta say, it's so awesome! how did you get by without your BB for that long?

I didn't suffer without a BB at all! I bought one off ebay to send off, so I had my original curve for the whole wait time. Now I am going to sell the non-colored one on ebay. A little sad though, I feel like I'm betraying my ol' trusty curve for this new shiny pink one :( I think the gold one is sad now lol.

Sad but true, I had a pearl for 2 days only because it was cheaper but I felt like I had oversize thumbs! Love my curve too bad it costs more though :-(

LOVE it! I, myself, also love pink. I have a few questions...

1. Did your berry have any scratches before you sent it? What I mean is, do they buff them out first?

2. Did you go without a phone at all for 17 days or did you just stick your SIM card in another phone until you got your berry back?

3. Are you putting a Best Skin Ever protective skin on it? I just ordered a new faceplate for my red curve because of a deep scratch (soon after I got my berry, I forgot myself and just threw my keys in my purse and, well, I'm sure you can guess the rest) and I also ordered a BSE skin for it. I'm afraid to change the faceplate and I'm afraid I won't get the skin on right. And then I'm even wondering if I want to make my berry pink before I go through the trouble of applying the skin. Sorry for the rambling. I hate when I can't make up my mind...
