Hi,
I have a BB pearl and I went to Geek and Proud and downloaded the Soft Reset application.....I have used it more than I thought I would need it...even once or twice when my Berry got a bit temperamental......I Love it!! It is so easy and convenient!! I would recommend it to anyone interested.
