I've been trying to upgrade my OS. I am currently running 4.2.2.170. I've already upgraded my Device Manager. But am having trouble downloading and installing the newest OS. It acts like I've done everything right, but when I go back into "about", it still shows my old OS. Can someone explain how to do this in detail?
