This is something I just figured out and it has been extremely useful.
I am a site manager for a real estate and renovations company. I need to coordinate my time with my colleague to make sure our estimates and job schedules don't conflict.
This is something some of you probably know, but I wanted to make sure that everyone knows about this great feature of the BB calendar.
First, you make an entry into the calendar like you normally would.
Then you hit menu and select "invite attendee." Then find the person you want to invite and select them.
The event will be added to their calendar and an email will ask them if they will be attending. (yes, no, maybe)
This feature has saved us so much time because normally we'd have to pull out the berrys and go through each entry to prevent conflicts.
