Email folders

Quick question. I am brand new to the BB, actually 2 days old :) I have two email accounts setup on my BB. So on the home screen it shows each of the email accounts and it also has a folder labeled messages. Somehow my email is going in there as well. Is there anyway to designate that folder primarily for sms messages? It gets kinda confusing sifting through the email trying to get to my text messages.
