The IT Policy does not allow downloading this application.
My friend is a member to this forum and he get this message when he trys to download the vista theme. Now I put my sim card in is phone and tried to download the OTA link and got the same message. I know that he is on a enterprize for his job would this be the problem. I also set all of his settings on his phone to the same thing that I have set to
